You deserve to be happy!
Psychological Wellness
Many psychological conditions can be debilitating. However, they don’t have to be. I have successfully helped hundreds of clients recover from clinical depression and other mood disorders, anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and other traumas. Several of my past clients have reported having a negative internal dialogue. You know that negative voice in your head that tells you you’re not good enough or smart enough or lovable. This negativity is difficult to overcome, and it can hold you back from going after positive things in your life. Did you ever want to ask for a raise at work or ask someone out on a date, but stopped yourself because you feared they wouldn’t think you're worthy? Those thoughts are self-doubt and negative beliefs. I can help you replace that negativity with self-worth and confidence.
If you have suffered from trauma of any kind, you probably know it can leave deep emotional scars. It changes who you are and the person you were meant to be. Often times, survivors of childhood abuse report having low self-esteem, depressive symptoms, and anxiety. They frequently feel unable to trust themselves or other people close to them. Adults that were abused as children frequently report feeling unlovable and undeserving of healthy relationships.
As a Trauma Specialist, I have witnessed the sadness and hopelessness clients feel when they think about what they experienced. I have helped hundreds of clients work through their trauma. Clients have said they were so grateful they went to therapy because no matter how hard they tried, they couldn’t find a way to forget the past and feel better. That’s because trauma is something that needs to be worked through, not forgotten. I feel honored by the strength and courage of my clients because they were able to work through the pain and take their lives back. Contact me today if you are ready to say goodbye to whatever is holding you back!
